We believe that the people who will be affected by the products, services and systems we design should be a critical part of the design process.

How we do it?
After gathering client requirements, we identify core problem areas and determine research type. We formulate research questions and recruit participants that fit our research criteria. We then spend needed days in the field meeting and interviewing our participants. After we have concluded this phase, we analyze and synthesize the collected data to draft our final findings report, which is then handed off to the client.

Human-Centered UX Design

We believe that our job as experience designers is to curate experiences based on people's needs, motivations and wants.

How we do it?
After determining the goals of the project, we conduct a detailed usability audit of the current application, if any, to highlight possible issues and solutions. After this, we work with the service design team to conduct primary and secondary research which is then synthesized and actionable insights are identified. We use these insights to bring our ideas to life by creating low-fidelity designs and prototypes. The feedback gained after testing these prototypes with relevant users is then incorporated into our final hi-fidelity designs, which are then handed off to our clients.

After understanding the scope of work, we conduct secondary research to better understand the problem we are trying to solve and the space we’re competing in. We then go out in the field to talk to actual people to understand our target users’ motivations, aspirations, behavior, and pain points.
